The hotel is nice, and has everything I need, including great Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a tv. I'll never forget how the staff printed my important documents on my first stay. Friendly team, too! Highly recommend it and I'm coming back for Christmas!

This hotel suits me perfectly! It provides fast wi-fi, a cozy tv, air conditioning, and friendly 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff were kind enough to offer me a cold drink in the heat. Highly recommend!

It was a nice location just off a nice, restaurants and everything, town and Tourist attractions. Furthermore, in the heart of Birmingham. Enjoyed our rooms for a bathroom. Central heating, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven were all available.
The staff were a bit lazy, didn't expect that coming.

It's wonderful cheap hotel with exceptional and welcoming staff. The venue has a central location close to the town centre. Every time in Birmingham, I choose this place;)))

The room was clean, but tiny for two people with luggage.

I liked the location and the night staff where very friendly and available for any help needed. Also great comfortable bed and size, plus good pillows.
Did not like the lighting situation in the rooms. Shocking and really struggled to apply my make up in the room with the dim lights (neon colours). Also no mirrors, only a tiny one behind the door which I struggled to apply my make up. Thankfully I didnt have to dry my hair with a hairdryer. I did find this all made me a little agitated. Also not really impressed with no kettle or coffee or tea in the room.

Compact room, charming little with a comfortable bed. Easy check in and late check out.

The staff were accommodating, offering a ground-floor suite to assist with my mobility issue, greatly appreciated. The suite featured a kitchenette with essential amenities like a fridge, microwave, and utensils. The interactive panels for controlling lighting and temperature were excellent, and the bathroom was well-designed.
The standard room size was surprisingly small, feeling cramped.

The monsoon style shower, the cleanliness and the comfiness of the bed. The facilities are also great and modern.
Rooms without windows are a no-go, the blind over the window blows around so the light comes in and the rooms are slightly small.

We found everything great, would recommend it to anyone. The staff and rooms were what makes that place a pleasant hotel. The airport was 20 km away from here, handy location.
